Welcome to Roderick Paige Elementary—where every student is valued, every educator is empowered, and every day is a new opportunity to grow, learn, and lead.

It is an honor to serve as the proud principal of this amazing school community. At Paige Elementary, we believe that all students can achieve at high levels when provided with strong instruction, a nurturing environment, and access to opportunities that build both academic and personal success.

As a transformational leader, instructional coach, and advocate for educational equity, I am committed to building a school where students thrive, educators are supported, and families feel connected. In just one school year, our dedicated team transformed Paige Elementary from an F-rated campus to a B—an achievement made possible through systems-focused leadership, data-driven instruction, and an unwavering belief in what our students can do.

Our mission is simple: Excellence for every child, every day. Through consistent expectations, strategic academic planning, and a strong focus on social-emotional learning, we are preparing students not only for the next grade level—but for life.

Outside of school, I also lead a mentorship initiative, which supports the growth of girls and young women of color through leadership and academic development. My life’s work is centered on empowering the next generation—and that begins right here at Paige.
